Tonifies Qi and strengthens the Spleen / SP (Spleen / SP and Stomach / ST deficiencies, Spleen / SP deficiency with accumulated dampness, Blood deficiency from Spleen / SP Qi deficiency): Si Jun Zi Tang, Li Zhong Tang, Shen Ling Bai Zhu San, Wan Dai Tang, Ren Shen Yang Ying Tang
Dries Dampness, eliminates water accumulation (edema, or phlegm accumulation) (Cang Zhu is stronger for this function): Si Ling San, Wu Ling San, Zhen Wu Tang, Ling Gui Zhu Gan Tang, Ban Xia Bai Zhu Tian Ma Tang
Stops spontaneous Perspiration: Yu Ping Feng San
Stabilizes Pregnancy (restless fetus from Spleen / SP deficiency)
