Sx: abdominal pain, tenesmus, difficulty with defecation, diarrhea with pus and blood (equal amounts), a burning sensation around the anus, dark, scanty urine. T: a greasy, slightly yellow tongue coating. P: rapid.

dang gui 15g (6-9g)

gan cao 6g (4.5g)

mu xiang 6g (4.5g)

bing lang 6g (4.5g)

huang lian 15g (6-9g)
