Location and Needling:

Depression anterior to 5th MP joint, ulnar side. Make loose fist, point is distal to MP joint at the junction of red and white skin.
0.3-0.5 cun perpendicular

Contraindications and Cautions


Functions

Small Intestine,
Ying-Spring point, water point on fire meridian.

Disperses wind and resolves heat, disperses swelling, clears fire through the urine.
Benefits the eyes, ears and throat,
Activates the channel and alleviates pain.
