Connection with Du & Chong Mai

Drives Yin upwards and pulls Yang down, cools heat, eliminates dampness, clears the Lower Jiao. Strengthens the Jing and Yin of KD's, regulates menstrual bleeding.
Revival point (especially from drowning), calms the Shen.
