Flex fingers tightly to palm: point where tip of the 5th finger touches the palm between 4th & 5th metacarpal bones, just at the “HT Line”.
0.3-0.5 cun perpendicular

Contraindications and Cautions

Heart,
Ying-Spring point, fire point on fire meridian. Horary point.

Clears Fire from the HT, Excess or Deficient heat, Quiets the HT and regulates the spirit, quiets the Spirit for very agitated patients, Disperses excess heat or fire symptoms.
When HT has lost it's Fire.
